There is not a common format. It all depends on the professor.

What is the biggest mistake most students make on research projects?
Lack of organization is what most make mistakes on.

In what area do professors grade you the most in for a research project?
They grade you the most on how strong your thesis statement is.

Do professors ask that you use specific sources for research?
No. They expect you to look for realiable sources on your own, but they sometimes do suggest sources you can use.

What do you find to be the most challenging when researching?
Putting the information into my own words.

Paragraph Response:

I learned from this interview that alot of how research will be done in college will depend on the professor's preference. I also learned that many students seem to struggle the most with organizing their research projects. I think im going to try to work on that area for my research project to make sure I dont make the same mistakes. I know from this interview that in order to have a strong research paper I must make sure that my thesis statement is strong. I also know that alot of the sources will have to be found by me. All in all, I learned that research will require alot of independent work and little help.
